The People’s Chamber of Commerce was created to put people back at the center of progress. Inspired by the words “We the People,” the Chamber exists to support individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and communities through connection, opportunity, and shared economic strength.
While traditional chambers focus primarily on businesses, The People’s Chamber of Commerce focuses on people first. Strong communities and strong businesses both begin with empowered individuals.
About the Founder
Sharifah Hardie founded The People’s Chamber of Commerce after decades of experience in business, media, politics and public leadership. She saw firsthand how often everyday people are left out of important conversations and decisions.
She created the Chamber to build a platform where people have access, voice, and opportunity. Her vision is simple. When people support one another, communities grow stronger.

Karen Estremo is a seasoned hospitality professional and culinary entrepreneur with decades of experience in catering, event planning, and guest experience design. She is the founder of The Dragon and The Rose and former owner and chef of Karen’s Extreme Cuisine, where she built a reputation for creative menus, operational excellence, and memorable event execution.
Karen is also developing a boutique Bed and Breakfast and event venue concept focused on weddings, retreats, and curated guest experiences, further expanding her impact within the hospitality industry.

Mr. Lee brings over 20 years of demonstrated experience in banking and finance leading Farmers & Merchants Bank. Skilled in trend analysis, budgeting, and e-commerce acquisitions, He brings his financial acumen to TPCOC to anticipate challenges and establish the foundation to sustain long-term success.
Roz Washington
Roz Washington is a Los Angeles native and multi-hyphenate entertainer whose career spans stand up comedy, television, radio, voice over, and production.
She has toured nationally and performed at leading comedy clubs, theaters, and venues across the United States, establishing a reputation for high energy performances and commanding stage presence.
