Our Mission
Put people first by expanding opportunities and creating meaningful connections.
Our mission is to remove traditional financial barriers that keep everyday people and small business owners from participating in professional networks. The People’s Chamber of Commerce, also known as TPCOC, is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit business, economic and civic leadership organization. Small businesses, entrepreneurs, workers and communities deserve the same voice, resources and opportunity that large corporations have had for decades.

Dawn Lane
Dawn Lane helps advance the Chamber’s mission to put people first by expanding opportunities, creating meaningful connections and removing barriers that keep people and small business owners from participating in professional networks.
Treasurer
Brandy Nicole Bailey
Brandy Nicole Bailey brings more than 30 years of customer service experience and 16 years of leadership to her role as Treasurer. A heart attack survivor and Women Heart Champion, she advocates for women’s heart health and empowers families to protect their health and wealth. She serves through her church’s marriage ministry and community outreach. A wife, mother and grandmother, Brandy shares her husband Eric’s commitment to healthy Black love and strong families.

Karen Estremo is a seasoned hospitality professional and culinary entrepreneur with decades of experience in catering, event planning and guest experience design. She is the founder of The Dragon and The Rose and former owner and chef of Karen’s Extreme Cuisine.
